We did not show Journey last year but introduced her to the show ring this past show season and she has done very well.  She is a very special doe as we lost her sire this past year.  Journey shows tremendous promise excelling in general appearance with a wide open escutcheon and proper teat placement.  Her dam had a beautifully shaped mammary system with nice height and foreudder extension but unfortunately was one of those first freshening 2-yr-olds that developed mastitis and ended up at the sale barn.  It is very difficult to let a doe like that go so we are hoping that Journey freshens with just as nice an udder as her dam did.
